a) Seller
   The Terms and Conditions for the seller is different and this is not applicable for them directly.
* In order to be a seller with www.mygiftchain.com, you must be over 18 years of age.

b) Client
* You can make purchases by placing orders through this web for any products or services which was mentioned and can be sent them all over the world.
* You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
* There is no special panel for clients as it is for the partners, and you will be having limited access to refer order states, order history etc in the store panel.

* In order to be a client with www.mygiftchain.com, you must be over 18 years of age.
(But can be consider about ages between 16 to 18 with their parents' requests with a written letter. In some case we may request their relationship or other proofs.)

c) Partner
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identification, password, account details and related private information.
* You agree to accept this responsibility and ensure your account and its related details are maintained securely at all times and all necessary steps are taken to prevent misuse of your account.
* Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete at all times. You are obligated to update details about your account in real time by accessing your account online.

* You are not eligible to have a commission, once you sponsored a new partner. But you will be paid rank commission and many more promotion commissions as you go on.
* In order to make a partnership with www.mygiftchain.com, you must be over 18 years of age.

Payments/ Payment Gateways / Invoices

*We are not providing any hard copies for the invoices. But you can find/get the soft copies in/from your user panel.
*You have a opportunity to send or receive your money with your preferred currency or with the payment gateways/methods if available in our website.

* Partner - When you do the cash request/payouts from your wallet, you may bear the relevant fee in the relevant payment gateway or service.

Delivery/Delivery fee and Shipping/Shipping cost

*Delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays which we will not be responsible.
*Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost' and it's distance.


Orders/Orders status
*Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard checking on your payment and verify it. Normally when the order has been confirmed you will received a confirmation email and you’ll get another email once the goods have been dispatched.

*Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of Tax. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Vouchers, Coupons, Discounts & Gift cards

*Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

*The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

*Gift cards may be physical gift cards or E-Gift cards that are sent in an email.  They are not redeemable for cash (withdrawals) or travelers cheques. No change will be given for a purchase made with a gift card. Normally the gift card expires in about 365 days from the date of issue (or date of purchase for E-Gift Cards). It is up to the card holder to use the full value. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited. When the cost of a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. My Gift Chain International LLC will not be responsibility for lost or stolen cards.

*Under no circumstances whatsoever, is the cancellation of Gift Cards permitted under this Agreement once the same have been generated and delivered.
